Accessibility
What this site does to stay usable with a keyboard, a screen reader or low vision, and how to tell me when it fails.
Last updated 27 October 2026.
What this site aims for
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. That means text contrast of at least 4.5:1, a visible focus outline on everything you can reach with a keyboard, real labels on every form field, alternative text on every image, a heading structure you can navigate by, and no information carried by color alone. Motion is reduced automatically if your device asks for that.
Where it may fall short
Some of the historical photographs and maps on this site are scans held by libraries and archives. Their alternative text describes what the picture shows, but fine detail inside an old map cannot be fully conveyed in text.
The contact form needs JavaScript
The form is protected by a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which cannot run with JavaScript turned off. If yours is off, or the check fails for any reason, call or text (330) 388-8445 instead. That reaches me directly and is often faster anyway.
If something gets in your way
Tell me and I will fix it, and in the meantime I will give you the same information another way. Call or text (330) 388-8445, or email avery.kolich@exprealty.com. I aim to reply the same day.
Fair housing
