What this site collects when you use the contact form, where it goes, and how long it is kept.

Who is responsible

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form, which is: your name, your phone number and email address if you give them, what you said you need, your message, and whether you ticked the consent box. Alongside that the form records the date and time, the exact consent wording shown to you, the version of that wording, the address of the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent string and the country your request came from. The consent record exists so that both of us can show later what you actually agreed to.

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker and no cookie set by this site. Fonts and images are served from this domain, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database attached to this site and emailed to avery.kolich@exprealty.com so I see them. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the request. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else except where a transaction requires it (for example a brokerage, title company or lender you have asked me to work with) or where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with me, then deleted. Records tied to an actual transaction are kept for as long as Ohio license law and my brokerage require, which is longer.

Your choices

Ask me to delete what you sent and I will, unless a transaction record has to be kept. Reply STOP to any text to end texts. Ticking the consent box is never required to get a reply, to ask a question or to work with me.

Children

This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
